Claim your free account from Parish Council Websites
For a limited period we are giving away a free domain names and email accounts to every Clerk who is employed by a full Town or Parish Council which meets at least 11 times a year and has to use a webmail account or their personal account for Parish business.
All you have to do is to send an email to us parishcouncilwebsite@mh-p.net with your full name and address, the name of your Town or Parish Council, the email address you use for Parish business and a password. We will select the best available domain.
Please note that you must apply using the email address supplied to you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Applications from Hotmail, Yahoo, Google or similar anonymous webmail services will not be accepted.
When your free year ends you have the option to a) renew the eMail service, b) commission us to build a website on the domain or c) cancel the service
